Complete with 9.4m3 capacity aggregate storage bin with central divider - 45% : 55% for sand and stone, controlled by wheel operated gate controls. 4,250kg capacity cement bin, 2000 litre capacity water tank, wash-down system, 2 x 25 litre admixture tanks, hydraulic oil tank, variable speed supply conveyor belt feeding into a 12" x 9" vertical mixing / discharge auger capable of 170 degree slewing, 2x1 metre extension chutes. Aggregate and cement bins are fitted with external air-operated vibrators and roll-over sheet. The complete unit is also fitted with a friction-less conveyor system, removable cassette conveyor for quick and easy maintenance, load sensing variable displacement hydraulic system and a conveyor chain that requires no lubrication. Complete unit fitted onto new Mercedes 4140 44 ton, 8x4 cab/chassis. Power supplied to mixer via PTO.
