MV Commercial Stuns Truckfest Scotland

Building on the momentum from Truckfest Scotland 2017, this year MV Commercial went all out with the largest display of trucks and trailers at Truckfest so far.

In addition to our outstanding range of ready to hire dry freight trucks, MV Commercial was proud to showcase cranes from the leading crane manufacturers, including Palfinger, PM, Cormach and HIAB. Standing above all other crane trucks was our DAF CF 460 Cabin Spec with a PM Fly Jib crane reaching over 100ft into the air and certainly one of the most viewed trucks of the event. In addition to this amazing vehicle, we had several HIAB cranes on display, ranging from the lightweight HIAB 322 EP-4 right up to the HIAB 858 EP-6.

Complementing our range of crane trucks was our largest ever showing of trailers, including the outstanding Megalift Container Trailer.

This year we were glad to welcome hundreds of friends, guests and valued customers to our famous hospitality unit. As always it was a privilege to catch up with everybody over the weekend. A big thanks to our phenomenal catering staff who were always on hand with plenty of great food and drink to keep everybody entertained.

Certainly, one of the stars of our stand was Dave Jenkins’ MAN race truck. Jenkins, who is currently ranked number 2 in the British Truck Racing Championships and is proudly sponsored by MV Commercial. We were grateful to Aiden Moffat, another one of our sponsored racers, for taking time off from his busy race training to join us at the event.
