Throughout the COVID-19 outbreak MV Commercial will continue to support our customers in the haulage and HGV industry 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The HGV industry as a whole is essential to keeping the nation moving, safe and protected during these difficult times and we will be doing whatever we can to ensure that our customers are protected and supported, and their vehicles remain compliant.
To this end we have increased our support capacity for our customers both during and after hours, as well as offering additional support to external needs during office hours as far as possible. Our mobile mechanics have been prepped with full PPE gear and operational procedures, and will continue to keeping businesses moving.
Our rental and sales team continue to support both existing and new customers looking to manage their fleets. Wherever possible these teams will be working from home.
Each of our depots will continue to serve our customers. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers we have initiated several new exposure mitigation practises, including increased in-office sanitisation, distancing policies, and customer protection procedures.
